I am a 22 year old food enthusiast on a students budget. These are my trials, tribulations and daily adventures of eating well in America. I have worked in the food industry since age 16. Six years later I am still mastering my craft. I have sous-cheffed, bussed tables and suds, catered, taught cooking and knife safety classes and have had specials on the menu in some of Sacramento's most elegant restaurants and a good number of greasy spoons.
